DebtMeltPro is owned and operated by Aditya Dubey. In this notice, "DebtMeltPro", "we" and "us" refer to the website (debtmeltpro.com) and its operator.

Financial calculator inputs are processed locally in the browser and are not transmitted to DebtMeltPro servers.

When you use our calculators (entering debt balances, interest rates, income, home prices, or contribution amounts), all mathematical models and amortization simulations run entirely within your device's browser engine using client-side JavaScript. DebtMeltPro does not operate user accounts, databases, or backend APIs that collect or store your financial figures.

This applies to calculator inputs. It does not mean that no data is involved when you visit the site; see Sections 4 to 6.

Through the website itself, we do not ask for or collect:
- Personal financial inputs (debts, loans, credit card balances, salary, mortgage terms)
- User account credentials, passwords, or profile information
- Personal contact lists or payment card details
- Biometric identifiers or sensitive personal categories

We do not operate user accounts, contact forms, or newsletter sign-ups.

The site uses standard browser storage only for functional, client-side convenience:

Functional Local Storage (localStorage):
- Theme Preference: Stores your dark mode or light mode visual preference (stored only if you change the theme).
- Currency Preference: If you choose a currency in a calculator, its three-letter code (for example, "INR") is stored in your browser so the calculators use it on your next visit. It is not sent to our servers. Choose "Auto" or clear your browser data to remove it.

Functional Session Storage (sessionStorage):
- Error Recovery Guard: Stores a temporary technical flag to prevent reload loops if a network disruption occurs during script loading.

These items stay in your browser and are not sent by the site to our servers or to third parties. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

When you visit the site, your browser sends standard technical request data (for example your IP address, browser/user-agent, the requested URL, the referring page, and the time of the request) to the services that deliver it:

- Cloudflare: provides DNS, proxy/content-delivery, and security services in front of the site. On our pages Cloudflare currently also adds a bot-detection/security script that runs in your browser and sends technical signals back to Cloudflare, an email-address protection script, and Network Error Logging headers that may let your browser report failed connections to Cloudflare.
- Vercel: hosts and serves the site.

These providers process this data to deliver and protect the site, under their own terms and privacy notices (Cloudflare: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ · Vercel: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice). We have not independently verified the retention periods these providers apply to request data.

Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled in our Cloudflare account, but as of our latest review the site's Content Security Policy prevents its analytics beacon from loading on our pages. The beacon is therefore not currently active on the site (latest review: 29 September 2026). DebtMeltPro does not add Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools to the site. We will update this notice before allowing any analytics script to load.

Cookies: The site's own code does not set cookies, and we do not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare's security features may set cookies needed for security; we have not verified whether any are currently set.

No External IP Geolocation: We do not transmit your IP address to third-party geolocation services. Currency symbols and number formats are derived directly on your device from your browser's language setting (navigator.language).

Typography: Fonts (Inter, Playfair Display) are self-hosted and bundled at build time through Next.js. Your browser does not make runtime network requests to Google Fonts servers.

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, your message, and anything you include in it, and we use this to reply to you.

Emails sent to [email protected] are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to the mailbox used by the site operator, so they are also processed by the email service providers involved. Please do not send passwords, card or bank account numbers, or identity numbers by email. You can ask us to delete your correspondence.

Cloudflare and Vercel operate internationally, so request data and emails may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.

Depending on where you live, data protection laws (for example the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or US state privacy laws) may give you rights over personal data, such as access, correction, deletion, or objection. Each law has its own scope, and whether a particular law applies depends on the circumstances.

Because DebtMeltPro does not store calculator inputs or operate user accounts, the personal data we hold is generally limited to emails you send us.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

DebtMeltPro is a general-audience educational website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Technical controls used on the site include:
- HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS)
- A Content Security Policy (CSP) restricting which scripts and network connections are allowed
- X-Frame-Options (DENY) and X-Content-Type-Options (nosniff) headers
- Calculator inputs kept in your browser

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
